Longwan Foreign Language Primary School

一、学校概况:

学校坐拥龙湾城市中心区F-07地块,学校于2006年开始规划,2008年由区人民政府批复筹建,2009年完成前期手续,2010年进场施工,2011年8月开始招收第一届一年级学生。学校占地面积23.95亩,建筑面积14366平方米(其中含地下车库与防空设施3600平方米),学校区位优势明显,校园环境优美典雅,周边社会资源丰富。学校现有一至六年级共有24个教学班,教师数62人,学生数1068人。其中教师本科学历100%,高级职称4人,区级以上的骨干教师共26人占44.8%。学校25个功能室配备齐全,电脑室、音乐室、舞蹈室、美术室、陶艺室、微格教室、探究实验室、机器人实验室、创客基地教室、心理辅导室、图书馆、体育馆、多功能报告厅等场馆一应俱全;班级交互式的液晶多媒体“一体机”等现代化教育技术设备齐全,智能“一卡通”管理系统、智能广播系统、录播电视台、无线网络系统等七大数字化系统和四个智慧教室。

办学五年多来,学校通过了浙江省标准化学校、省健康促进学校金牌单位、省校园足球特色学校、省无烟单位、省示范性食堂;温州市园林式单位、市办学水平二级学校、市语言文字规范化示范校、市心理健康二级辅导站、市体育特色学校、市体育传统项目学校阳光基地、市中小学功能室示范学校、市示范性书香校园、市5A级平安校园等评估。学校获得温州市未成年人思想道德建设优秀阵地、市数字化校园创建工作先进学校、市教育装备先进单位、市“爱阅读”榜样校、市体育业余训练先进单位等一系列荣誉称号。成为市教育质量综合评价改革试点学校、市中小学云图书馆实验学校、市城市学校少年宫、市创客教育基地学校等。

----The Introduction of Longwan Foreign Language Primary School

I. School Profile

Locatedin Longwan District Central Urbanarea (land Registration No. F-07), the planning of Longwan Foreign Language Primary School started in 2006 and the preparation for construction took place in 2008 with the approval of Longwan District People’s Government. The preliminary procedure of construction of the school was completed in 2009 and its actual construction took place in 2010. The first batch of students wasenrolledin August 2011. Covering a land area of 23.95 muwith a total building area of 14,366 square meters (including a 3,600-square-meter underground car park and air defense facilities), LongwanForeign Language Primary School enjoys an outstanding geographical superiority. The school has a beautiful campus with easy access to local facilities and public resources. In total the school has 24 classes covering grade one to grade six, and there are 62 teachers and 1068 students. All teachersin Longwan Foreign Language Primary Schoolhold a first degree. Amongst them, 4 have received senior professional titles and 26 were entitled “The Backbone Teacher” of or above district level, accounting for 44.8% of all teaching staff number.

The school has 25 functional rooms and labs, including computer rooms, music rooms, dancing rooms, art rooms, ceramic art rooms, microteaching rooms, research labs, a robot lab, a creative base classroom, a counseling room, a library, a gym, a digital experience science and technology museum, a multifunctional lecture hall, etc. All classrooms are equipped with interactive LCD multimedia teaching facilities. The school is equipped with Seven Digital System --- the ‘smart campus card’ management system, smart broadcasting system, recording and broadcasting TV station, wireless network system, and four smart classrooms.

 

Over the past five years, the school has received a number of honors and awards. They are the Standardized School in Zhejiang Province, Gold Medal of Health Promoting School in Zhejiang Province, Campus Football School in Zhejiang Province, the Smoke-free School in Zhejiang Province, the Model Canteen in Zhejiang Province; the Garden Style Units in Wenzhou, Level Two of Education in Wenzhou, Language Standardization Demonstration School in Wenzhou, Level Two of Psychological Health Counseling Center in Wenzhou, Sports School in Wenzhou, Traditional Sports School Sunshine Base in Wenzhou, Functional Room Demonstration School of Elementary and Secondary Schools in Wenzhou, Demonstrative Scholarly Campus in Wenzhou, 5A Level Safe Campus in Wenzhou and so forth.

The school has also obtained the Ideological and Moral Construction ExcellentPosition for Juveniles in Wenzhou, the Digital Campus Building Advanced School in Wenzhou, the Educational Equipment Advanced Unit in Wenzhou, the “Love Reading” Model School in Wenzhou, the Amateur Sports Training Advanced Unit in Wenzhou andother honorary titles.Meanwhile, the school has become one of the Comprehensive Evaluation of Educational Quality Pilot Schools in Wenzhou, the Cloud Library Experimental School of Elementary and Secondary Schools in Wenzhou, the Children’s Palace in Wenzhou, and the Creative Education Base School in Wenzhou and so forth.

六、学校主要特色

(一)“3G”课程——根植传统,放眼世界

“和世界对话”的3G课程包括国家课程、国学课程、国际课程,以培育“世界的儿童”为目标,在校本化实施国家基础课程的前提下,开发实施了国际、国学系列拓展性课程,国学课程是传统的、个性的、选择性的课程,国际课程是自主的、合作的、探究性的课程。

1、国际拓展课程开发实施

(1)国际理解教育

根据联合国教科文组织的倡导与建议,国际理解教育内容可分为如下五大学习领域:民族文化理解、异文化理解、人权教育、和平教育、环境教育。

(2)快乐英语

每周一至六年级开设2节《快乐英语》外教英语交际课程,在课程中让学生围绕学习和生活话题,展开情境对话,并由浅入深,形成系列。

2、国学拓展课程开发实施——构建“1+5”手掌德育课程群

其中“1”是掌心品德课程拓展时政新闻,“5”是五个手指,分别代表体验课程、礼仪课程、才情课程、节日课程、浸润课程等。

 

(二)“情感”德育——走进儿童世界,培育世界儿童

学校高度重视情感在个体道德形成及道德教育中的特殊地位与价值,强调以情动体验为基础、以情感——态度系统为核心,以情感与认知相互影响、促进而发展为过程,从情感素质层面保证人的德性构成的道德教育理念、取向及其操作样式称之为“情感性德育范式”。情感性德育是要超越认知性德育,反对将德育过分学科化、逻辑化,使德育脱离鲜活的生活、脱离活生生的人。

1、实施全员全程全面的德育导师制。学校全面开展德育导师制,以“三类困难学生”为重点,针对班级后20%学生开展德育导师结对帮扶活动,各班正副班主任等德育导师通过个别谈话谈心、书信、家访等交流方式,努力发挥导师的情感德育作用,努力“走进孩子心灵,走进孩子家庭”。

2、“3+X”家校共同体建设。学校通过建立“优质关系,优+成长”的家校共育主题,引导家长“走进校园,走进课堂”,实施“读出来的聪慧”阅读计划、“动出来的健康”运动计划、“做出来的能干”劳动计划和“走出来的幸福”X计划(玩转世界)。

3、全面开展“30天养成一个好习惯”活动。学校编印了学生活动评价手册,学生制定“30天养成一个好习惯”活动计划,每天记录习惯养成情况,每班制定行规习惯评价方案,充分发挥家长的积极作用,让家长作为评价重要的主体积极参与“30天养成一个好习惯”活动。

(三)“对话”课堂——民主平等、互动合作

对话教学:是以解决对立冲突的现实需要为出发点,以知识的社会性建构这一知识为基础、以培养对话意识和对话能力、促进学习者主动建构知识为目的的社会互动过程。

对话课堂的特色:通过对话,为了对话,在对话中;

打造对话课堂文化:“民主平等、互动合作、开放和谐”;

让学生三个学会:“学会提问、学会质疑、学会合作”。

(四)“绿色”评价——多元评价,幸福成长

学校以培育“世界的儿童”为目标,构建了“世界的儿童”教育质量内控机制,制定了各年级的教育质量标准,开展了争章式晋级制的德育发展评价、低段“游园式”的学科综合评价改革和技能学科抽测。
